We use your information to: provide our website creation and hosting services, process payments, communicate about your order, send marketing emails about your website preview, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the following third-party services to deliver our product: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, and email routing), Namecheap (domain registration), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI content generation), and PostHog (analytics). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
When you opt in to a website preview, you consent to receiving emails about the preview and our services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or clicking the unsubscribe link. Transactional emails about your order and account are not optional while you have an active service.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and we never store your credit card details. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
